Travis grew up in a rural Southern Missouri community. His love of food came from working on the farm and cooking with his grandmother. This background inspired Travis to open bleu Restaurant & Catering in 2007. He has executive management experience in all aspects of food service and dining management. His entrepreneurial spirit understands the importance of providing a superior product and experience for each and every one of his guests. Travis has a degree in History, Theatre & Psychology from the University of Missouri Columbia, and has worked in the hospitality industry in Tennessee, the Virgin Islands, and Florida before moving back to Columbia to live, work, and raise his family.
